Paid ads you can follow from click to customer.

Grand openings, seasonal sales, product launches or a steadier flow of inquiries: we plan, build and run the paid campaigns behind them on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. Each campaign gets a page built for its offer, tracking that shows which ads bring in calls, bookings and orders, and a plain-English report. It's for owners who want ads they understand, not a bill they can't explain.

Why paid ads so often feel like a gamble

Plenty of owners have tried ads at some point. Maybe you boosted a few Facebook posts before a sale, or someone set up a Google Ads account that ran for a few months and then quietly got switched off. The money went out, some clicks came in, and nobody could say whether it brought in a single customer.

That’s rarely because ads can’t work for a small business. It’s usually because the pieces were never connected. The ad was written in one place, it sent people to a homepage built for a different job, and nothing recorded what happened next. Without that last piece, the platforms can’t learn who your customers are, and you can’t tell a good month from a lucky one.

Paid ads are still one of the few ways to put a specific offer in front of specific people on a specific date. For a grand opening, a holiday promotion or a new product, that timing matters. Search rankings and word of mouth build over months. Ads can be in front of people within days.

Setting up a campaign before spending a dollar

We start with the result you actually want: booked appointments, quote requests, walk-ins for opening weekend, online orders. Everything else is chosen to serve that one goal, including the platform. Google Search suits people already looking for what you sell. Meta and TikTok suit things people don’t know to search for yet, like a new café or a product they’ve never seen.

Then we build the page the ads point to. A good landing page has one offer and one next step, and it repeats what the ad said, so nobody arrives confused. It loads quickly on a phone, because that’s where most people will tap your ad.

Before launch, we install conversion tracking (a record of each call, form, booking or order that came from an ad) and test it ourselves. We fill in the form, tap the call button and place a test order, then check that each one shows up in the ad platform and in your analytics. It’s unglamorous work, and it’s the step most often skipped. AI helps us sort search terms and draft ad variations faster, and a person reviews every word and image before anything runs.

Where ad budgets usually leak

Wasted ad spend usually comes from a short list of problems, and all of them can be fixed:

  • Ads that point at the homepage. Visitors have to hunt for the offer, and many give up. One page per offer fixes it.
  • Tracking that’s missing or counts the wrong thing. Counting page views as results makes a campaign look busy while sales stay flat.
  • Search terms nobody checked. A plumber’s ads showing for “plumbing jobs” or “fix a drain yourself” pay for clicks that were never going to call. We review the actual searches and block the ones that waste money.
  • Too many changes too soon. Platforms need steady data to learn. Constant tweaking restarts that learning and can make things worse.
  • Reports nobody can act on. Impressions (how many times an ad was shown) and click-through rate (the share of people who clicked) don’t tell you whether to keep going. Cost per call, booking or order does.

A good campaign is also honest about what ads can do. Ads amplify what’s already there. If the offer isn’t appealing or the price isn’t competitive, a bigger budget won’t fix it, and we’ll tell you so rather than keep spending your money.

Rented attention and the channels you own

Ads are rented attention: when the budget stops, so do the clicks. That’s why we treat them as one part of your online presence, not the whole thing. What a campaign teaches you, such as which offers people respond to, which searches lead to calls and which neighborhoods send customers, feeds straight into your website copy and your local search, the slower channel you own.

Landing pages built for a campaign don’t have to disappear when it ends. A seasonal page can come back next year with new dates, and a page that did well can become a permanent part of your website.

If you want ads running month after month, the Partner care plan includes ad campaign management alongside hosting, updates, landing pages on request and a quarterly strategy session. For a one-off push like an opening or a launch, we quote the campaign on its own. Either way, the first step is the same: a free audit of where you stand today.

Who it's for

Opening or moving a location

You're opening a new shop, clinic or restaurant, or moving to a new address, and the neighborhood needs to know before the doors open, not three months after.

Running a seasonal promotion

You have a holiday sale, a summer menu or a back-to-school offer with a hard end date. Timing, a clear offer and a page built for it matter more than anything else.

Service businesses that need inquiries

Contractors, clinics, salons, studios and other businesses that live on calls, quote requests and bookings, and want a steadier source of them than word of mouth alone.

Launching a product or store

You're putting a new product, service or online store in front of people for the first time and need early visitors you can learn from, not just hope for.

What's included

Everything below is part of the work — not an upsell waiting at the end.

Campaign plan and budget

Before anything runs, you get a one-page plan: the goal, who we're trying to reach, which platforms, the offer, the dates and how the budget is split. You approve it, including how much the platforms are allowed to spend, before a single ad goes live.

Ad accounts in your name

We set up or clean up your Google Ads, Meta and TikTok ad accounts so they belong to your business, with your card attached and us added as a user. You can log in at any time and see every change we make.

A landing page for each offer

A landing page is a single page built for one offer with one next step: call, book, claim the coupon or buy. People arrive on exactly what the ad promised instead of hunting through your homepage for it.

Conversion tracking that's tested

We install the tags and pixels (small snippets of code that report back to the ad platforms) and decide what counts as a result: a form sent, a call tapped, a booking made or an order placed. Then we test each one ourselves, because the platforms use that data to find more people like your customers.

Ad copy and creative

We write the headlines and descriptions and design the images in the sizes each platform needs. For TikTok and Instagram Reels, we plan short vertical videos you can film on your phone, then edit them into ads.

Keyword and audience targeting

On Google, we choose the searches your ads show up for and block the ones that waste money, like job seekers or people looking for free how-to videos. On Meta and TikTok, we set the location, radius and interests that match the people who actually buy from you.

Weekly tuning while live

While a campaign runs, we check it every week: pausing ads that aren't pulling their weight, moving budget toward the ones that are, and fixing anything the platforms flag or reject.

Reports in plain English

Each month, and at the end of a short campaign, you get a short report: what you spent, what came back, what each call, booking or order cost, and what we'd change next. No dashboard screenshots you have to decode.

How it works

2-4 weeks to launch most campaigns. You'll always know what's happening this week and what's next.

  1. 01Days 1-3

    Free audit

We look at your site, any ads you've run before and whether tracking is in place, then send a short summary of what's working, what's wasting money and what we'd try first. If your website needs work too, we can add the free redesign preview: a designed concept of your new homepage with a short video walkthrough. Neither comes with any obligation.

  2. 02Week 1

    Campaign plan and quote

If you want to go ahead, we agree on the goal, offer, platforms, dates and a test budget, and you get a fixed-price quote for our work. Your ad budget is separate and is paid straight to the platforms.

  3. 03Weeks 2-3

    Build pages, ads and tracking

We build the landing page, write and design the ads, set up the accounts and install tracking. We test every form, call button and checkout before a dollar of ad money is spent, and you approve every ad before it goes live.

  4. 04Weeks 3-4

    Launch

Ads go live once the platforms approve them, which usually takes a day or two. The first week or two is a learning period while the platforms work out who responds, so we watch closely and avoid big changes too early.

  5. 05While live

    Tune and report

We adjust the campaign every week and send a plain-English report each month, or when a short campaign wraps up. Campaigns you want to keep running can move onto the Partner care plan, which includes ad campaign management.

How pricing works

A set campaign, like a grand opening or a holiday sale, gets a fixed-price quote after the free audit. If you want ads running month after month, management is part of the Partner care plan, and any setup that has to happen first is quoted as a fixed price after the audit. Your ad budget is separate: Google, Meta and TikTok charge it straight to your card, you set the amount, and we take no markup or percentage of it. Our price depends on how many platforms you run on, how many landing pages and ad versions you need, whether tracking has to be built from scratch, and how long the campaign runs.

Questions about campaigns & ads

Something else? Ask us directly.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on your area, your competitors and what a new customer is worth to you, so there's no one right number. In your plan we suggest a test budget big enough to learn from within a few weeks and small enough that you're comfortable if the first version needs changes. You can raise, lower or pause it at any time.

Can you guarantee a number of leads or sales?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on your offer, your prices, the season and your competitors, which nobody controls. What we commit to is the work: a clear plan, careful setup, accurate tracking and an honest account of what your money did.

Should I advertise on Google, Facebook or TikTok?

Google suits people who are already looking for something, like a plumber, a dentist or a birthday cake, so it fits service businesses and urgent needs. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok reach people while they scroll, which suits things people don't know to search for yet, like a new restaurant, an event or a new product. Most small businesses are better off starting with one platform and adding a second once the first is working.

Who owns the ad accounts and the ads?

You do. The accounts are set up under your business with your card attached, and we're added as users. If you stop working with us, you remove our access and keep the accounts, their history, the ads and the audiences.

How soon will I know if it's working?

Once the platforms approve your ads, usually within a day or two, they start showing and you'll see clicks right away. The platforms need the first week or two to learn who responds, so we judge a campaign on a few weeks of data, not the first few days. For openings and seasonal sales, we plan backward from the date, so get in touch four to six weeks ahead if you can.

Can the ads send people to my current website?

Yes. Each campaign gets a landing page built for its offer, which can live on your current site or stand alone. What matters is that the page loads quickly on a phone and records calls and form sends. If yours can't do that yet, we'll flag it in the audit and suggest fixing it first, because otherwise you pay for clicks you can't measure.
